Reminder: Waterdown Boundary Review Meeting on January 22

Dear Families,

This is a friendly reminder about the upcoming public boundary meeting on January 22, 2024. Join us to discuss and provide feedback on the potential Waterdown Temporary Accommodation Strategy, aimed at balancing enrolments among Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) elementary schools in the Waterdown area. The meeting will take place at Waterdown District High School (15 Parkdale Drive, Waterdown) at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. Can’t make it in person? Share your thoughts on Engage HWDSB.

An advisory panel, including representatives from school councils, met on January 11, 2024, to review the potential Waterdown Temporary Accommodation Strategy and provide feedback to HWDSB staff. This input, along with an overview of the proposed boundary change, will be presented at the meeting.
