Boundary Accommodation Update

Dear HWDSB Families,

We are writing to remind you of the upcoming community meeting and current Engage@HWDSB project regarding the temporary accommodation strategy for new students in the Mountview Heights and surrounding areas.

Families are invited to participate in one or both activities to provide feedback on the proposed boundary changes for their school communities. Details can be found below:

Submit your questions, comment on boundary maps, add your ideas for public discussion, or message us with your feedback directly. Please note that registration is required to participate on Engage.

Community voice is important at HWDSB. Staff recommendations are not final, so we encourage families to consider participating by offering feedback for Board consideration. Your feedback is important to inform the Advisory Panel and the final staff report being presented to the board of Trustees in the new year. For more information on the Boundary Review process, please refer to the letter sent on October 26, 2023.
