LOST & FOUND

Well, we have a few weeks of school under our belt and our Lost and Found is already overflowing. Please remind your children to keep track of their belongings. Labelling items such as shoes, coats, hats etc. are helpful in finding their owners quickly:) 

CONTACT FORMS 

We will be sending Contact Forms home next week ,  These forms will show your contact information, along with your emergency contacts information that we have on file . If you could please make sure, that all of that information is correct, ( please make corrections where required ), initial and send back to the office, that will be very much appreciated.  

MEDICAL FORMS 

If your child has a medical alert that we need to be made aware of,  and one that requires an epi pen, puffer  or medication, that we have not yet reached out about,  please contact Mrs. Zrostek in the office at 905-689-7905
