School Council – Consider getting involved in School Council in the upcoming school year. School Council meetings are open to any parent, school staff and community member. If you think you cannot attend meetings on a regular basis you are still welcome to attend at any time. The first Virtual School Council Meeting is set for Wednesday, September 29 at 6:30 pm. We meet one evening most months during the school year.  We look forward to seeing all past and new council members at our first meeting.

Dress for the Weather – With the weather shifting from the sunny days, be sure to send your child dressed for outdoor time and outdoor activities.

Parking Around the School – Please do not block driveways when parking around the school.  We have had several neighbours reach out as they were unable to leave or enter their driveways

Portal Update – OEN numbers are available in the Parent Portal.  This includes new Kindergarten students.  Parents can use this OEN number to register for the transportation portal.  While in the portal, families can also review and update guardian contact information and emergency contacts.

School Cash Online – A reminder that SchoolCash online will be used for any payments to the school.  Parents can find the link to SchoolCash on the left side of the Parent Portal menu.  New families will need to register the first time they use this site.

Food for Kids – Food4Kids Hamilton provides packages of healthy food for kids with limited food during weekend periods. Packages of healthy foods are prepared by volunteers and delivered to schools each Friday.  Please reach out to [email protected], if your family would benefit from a Food4Kids package.
