Report Card Distribution – Elementary report cards are being sent out to parents, guardians, and caregivers on Monday, June 28^th as previously announced. Report cards will be delivered as secure documents using PowerSchool. More information can be found at the following link. Class Placements – Class placements will not be communicated on the report card as they have been in the past.  Parents will be able to view the class placement via the Parent Portal in August. Please keep in mind that our school, like many others in HWDSB, may have to go through some reorganization at the end of September.

Technology Return and Classroom Item Pick Up – Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29 have been allocated as asynchronous learning for students. These days have also been allocated for schools to arrange for pick up of any personal or classroom items remaining in the building and for the drop off of any school items by families.  No booking is required.

June 28th –  12 – 3 pm – Last name A-H
June 29th –  9-11:30 – Last name I-R
June 29th – 12-3 pm – Last name S-Z

If these times do not work for you, please call the school and we may be able to arrange an alternate time.

In accordance with our Covid-19 protocols, all individuals will need to provide verbal confirmation of screening, wear a mask and maintain a 2 metre distance between households.  We also ask that you do not gather with other households while on property.

Social Connection Group for Muslim Students in HWDSB – Muslim students and families are invited to an information session to learn about and support the development of a social connection group for HWDSB Muslim students through sharing of ideas and concerns about life in our schools.
