Our staff are thankful to be part of such a positive community during these tough times. We hope everyone was able to enjoy the long weekend in a COVID safe manner.

Important Dates:
Oct 12 – Deadline to indicate a change in placement via the parent portal
Oct 28 – October School Council Meeting (6:30 pm via Teams)
Oct 29 – Progress Reports Sent Home
Nov 3 – Transition Date for Remote/School-Based Learning

Student Information Verification Form – Information verification forms will be available on the parent portal beginning Tuesday.  Please review and update your contact information and emergency numbers.

Media Consent Agreement – Each year we ask for your consent to allow your child to fully participate online in ways deemed age-appropriate by classroom teachers and related to their learning.

This permission is granted by completing the Media Consent Agreement in the parent portal.  You can locate this form by following – Forms>Permission/Agreements

Support Enhanced Measures – Continue to assist school staff by modelling and encouraging best practices for your children. Our key strategies are:

1.Daily Screening before arriving at school. If you are unwell, stay home
2.Practice effective hand hygiene throughout the day
3.Physically distance from others by 2 metres, including during drop off and pick up.
4.Practice effective respiratory etiquette
5.Effective use of PPE (masks)

Additionally, a new Attestation for return to school after illness OR self isolation should accompany any student returning to school after an illness or self-isolation.  You may print this form or complete and return it via email.
