Picking Up Personal Belongings and Dropping Off School Materials

Hello Families

We know that many of you are eager to pick up belongings left behind as well as drop off school items that require returning (i.e. library books and school texts).

Families can now sign up for a 15-minute visit to the school.  There are morning, afternoon and evening times available. The link will be on the school’s website, under “Booking Calendar”.  You can also follow the class-specific links below.

The following times will be available for booking.

Thursday, June 4 – 2 pm – 7 pm
Friday, June 5 – 9 am – 3 pm
Tuesday, June 9 – 9 am – 12 pm

Students can enter the building through the back playground doors with one parent/guardian/caregiver. To help families gather their belongings quickly, personal items in each student’s desk will be packed and left in a bag on their desks. If a parent has more than one child attending the school, they must book a slot for each homeroom.

Drop off bins will be located outside on the blacktop for families that only need to return an item during the times indicated above.
