Rotary Adventure in Citizenship

The Rotary Adventure in Citizenship is an annual event that provides a unique opportunity for a select group of young 16-18-year-old Canadians to come together and gain a better understanding of our country. Through connecting with and learning from political and community leaders, students gain important insights into the privileges and responsibilities of citizenship, the workings of our democratic institutions, and the issues affecting Canada and Canadians today. By interacting with their peers from across the country, they learn more about the rich diversity of Canada and the shared values that connect us all.

This event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ottawa, but the Rotary Club of Flamborough AM would like to provide this opportunity for a qualifying student who resides in the Flamborough Community by covering the registration and travel costs to attend.

The target date for students to indicate their interest (to the Rotary Club) is December 31, 2025.  If you would like to be considered or have any questions, please email Paul Giannotti, Rotary Club of Flamborough AM at [email protected].  The Club has until March 31, 2026, to select a worthy student applicant.
