Take Our Kids to Work Day November 6, 2024

Attention families of Grade 9 Students:

This year, “Take Our Kids to Work Day” is Wednesday, November 6. We hope that all our grade 9 students participate in this exciting learning experience.  Consent forms were distributed to grade 9 students via their period 1 class (link to the form: Take Our Kids to Work Day™ Parent/Guardian Consent Form) and students were asked to return completed forms by Thursday, October 31st.  

Ways to participate:

• Students can participate in Take Our Kids to Work Day hosted in person by employers in their area for individual students accompanied by parents, relatives or caregivers or trusted adult allies

• Students can participate in the virtual Take Our Kids to Work Day Career Live event and do other career exploration activities from home.  (On-line Events)  (Link to Family Guide)
