Class of 2024 Reminders

• Students are reminded to submit evidence of their community involvement hours by June 3.  Forms can be found in Student Services or at this link.

• The Class of 2024 Lunch is June 5 during periods 4 & 5.  Voting for Valedictorian will occur at the lunch.  In addition, students who have paid their commencement fee will receive their cap, gown, sash and guest tickets for the commencement ceremony.

• We are asking students to upload a favourite childhood photo of themselves to the drop box in the guidance HUB by May 22.

• Please reach out to Ms Morrison at [email protected] to request accessible seating at First Ontario Concert Hall.

• Various scholarships and bursaries are available to the Class of 2024. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, May 29.  Details and applications can be found at this link.

• Ceremony Start Time: 4:00 pm
• Location: First Ontario Concert Hall (Formerly Hamilton Place), 1 Summers Lane, Hamilton
• Notes:
  • All guests require a ticket to enter.
  • Members of the class of 2024 do not need a ticket to enter but need to be wearing their gown to enter.
  • The commencement fee includes 4 guest tickets.
  • Additional tickets can be purchased via School Cash Online until May 30 at a cost of $10/ticket

• Graduation packages will be available starting August 6 from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.
