Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 at Ray Lewis Elementary School

On November 25, 2021, Hamilton Public Health Services (HPHS) notified Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) of two positive COVID-19 test results at our school. 

To protect the individuals’ privacy, we do not disclose their names. 

School administrators will contact any students or staff identified as close contacts, who will self-isolate for 10 days.  

Families are reminded to screen daily for COVID-19 symptoms using the provincial COVID-19 school and child care screening tool. Parents/guardians/caregivers, as well as students, should use this screening tool to help decide if you or your child/ren should or should not go to school/child care.
