City of Hamilton – Food Access Guide
The Hamilton Food Access Guide is a comprehensive list of food programs available in Hamilton.
Community Support – Food Access
At Pauline Johnson Elementary, we are a caring school that tries to help each other and our community as much as possible. That is why, we wanted to share some information about supportive food programs in the community that are open all year round. We have also included information about opportunities to help others in need either by donation or community service.
Food Programs
There are food programs in the community to help source food items – if needed.
Please see the information below if it may be helpful for your family or a family you know.
