Mary Hopkins Winter Concert Update

Mary Hopkins staff and students are excited to share that we will be presenting “5 Cozy Nights and Twinkling Lights” – A Winter Concert on December 20th & 21st. We will be holding 2 shows each day (9:30am and 11:45am) with all students in Grade 1-5 performing. 

Each student will receive 2 tickets for family and/or guests. There is NO COST for tickets. Tickets are being issued to ensure that we do not exceed gymnasium capacity. If you are unable to attend, or would like to be considered for any additional/unused tickets, please contact your child’s teacher(s).

Please note, that children will be performing each day at their designated time, however, families are being issued 2 tickets for one performance only. With 22 classes participating in the showcase and limited capacity in our gymnasium, it is impossible for us to monitor and enforce fire bylaws by any other means.

1C (Mrs. Payson) will perform:

Tuesday, December 19th @ 9:30am (Dress Rehearsal: Parents not permitted as those students performing at 11:45am will be our audience)

Wednesday, December 20th @ 9:30am (Tickets issued for parents/guests of 1C students)

Thursday, December 21st @ 9:30am (1C parents not in attendance to allow other 9:30am families to attend)

It is hoped that the advance notice will allow families to make any necessary arrangements to attend their designated performance. We anticipate that there may be some extra tickets resulting from family vacations and/or other commitments. If you would like to be considered for additional tickets, please contact your child’s teacher.
