Screenagers Documentary Screening

Ryerson Gymnasium 222 Robinson Street, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

On Thursday, November 23rd at 7:00 pm, Ryerson School Council invites you to a presentation of SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age. If you are watching your kids scroll through life, with their rapid-fire thumbs and a six-second attention spa, come listen to physician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston as she begins a quest to uncover how it might impact development. Ruston takes a deeply personal approach as she probes into the vulnerable corners of family life, including her own, to explore struggles over social media, video games, academics and internet addiction. SCREENAGERS reveals how tech time impacts kids’ development and also offers solutions on how adults can empower their kids to best navigate the digital world to find balance. This is a FREE event. If interested in attending, please register at: https://impactflow.com/event/presented-by-ryerson-school-council-5858
