We had another fun filled week at Kanétskare. It was so nice to see so many families at our Meet the Staff evening. We are looking forward to sorting through all of the logo submissions next week.
On Friday, Sept. 30th it is National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. We encourage students to wear orange to honour the children whose lives were lost as well as survivors, families and communities experiencing intergenerational trauma, and as a personal commitment to engage in education, commemoration and healing/wellness in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.

A reminder that we will have our first School Council meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27th at 7:00 p.m. at our school.
