Kanétskare Happenings Oct. 17th-21st

Good afternoon Kanétskare Families,

Thank you for helping us achieve our Terry Fox fundraising goal of $1050.00.  We enjoyed the afternoon last Friday running, walking, skipping and being active as a whole school.

A reminder that School Council will be meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 19th at 7pm at our school.  Please know that all parents are welcome to attend, you do not have to be a full time member of School Council to participate.

Congratulations to our cross country runners who competed admirably at  Christie Lake Conservation Area.  Our volleyball teams are off to a great start and look forward to a competitive and enjoyable season.

Welcome to Ms. C. Laezza who will be starting as our new 0.4 teacher in 6C.  Also, welcome to Mr. S. Traver who will be our new 0.2 teacher in 6B.
