Chicken Pox & Jump Rope 4 Heart

Some members of our school community have reported cases of chickenpox. Chickenpox is a highly contagious illness caused by the varicella zoster virus. Any reported cases are communicated to Hamilton Public Health Services on a monthly basis by the school. Hamilton Public Health Services has additional information on chickenpox, including presentation strategies, available here. Staff and students are reminded to continuing practice proper hand hygiene practices.

A heartfelt thank you for the overwhelming support of this fundraiser. Our school community has raised approximately $7,600! What a profound act of empathy and support that our Yorkview family has demonstrated for this amazing cause. Thank you staff, students, and families for everything you have done to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
