Millgrove Book Swap

Parent Council is pleased to announce an Earth Month Book Swap at Millgrove! If you’re like us, you have shelves full of books that never get touched, and kids (and maybe grown ups) who love to get new books. A book swap is a budget-friendly, eco-friendly way to update your book collection for the whole family by swapping them!

Books can be dropped off at the School Office starting March 20.  If you have books in good condition that are no longer getting the attention they once did, please put them in a box and label the box with your name, the first name(s) of your child(ren), and the number of children’s and adult’s books you are contributing.

When you come to Shop the Swap on April 20, you will get one token for each book you dropped off. If you give more than you take, extra tokens will be added to a pool for anyone who attends the swap, but doesn’t have books to contribute.

Entry to the swap itself will be by donation, with a suggested donation of $5 for an adult, $3 for a child, or $12 for a family.  All proceeds will support the school. Stay tuned for more details, and we hope to see you there!
