“Great Big Crunch Day” @ Highview

I’m very happy to share an exciting, city-wide event taking place Thursday, March 28^th with you! It is called the Great Big Crunch and it is a special day of good food education, including a massive, synchronized bite into a crunchy apple to celebrate local food and healthy eating!

On this day, thanks to “Tastebuds”, the organization that supports the Highview snack program financially, we will be provided with one apple per student at no cost to the school and will participate in this event. All students, at the same time, will bite into the apple provided to make a “Great Big Crunch” to promote healthy eating.
