Pathways to Transition event for parent, guardians and students with special needs (ages 14-21) who are in the process of planning for life after high school are invited to visit the HWDSB Board office at 20 Education Court this evening.
There will be the opportunity to freely connect and network with various participating organizations and to gather information and resources from them.
