Grade 7 & 8 School Vaccination Clinic

Hello to our Grade 7 and 8 parents,

Hamilton Public Health Services has booked Tuesday October 18th for the Grade 7 & 8 vaccination clinic in our school gymnasium. Your child will be bringing home an information sheet and consent form that must be returned to their homeroom teacher by Thursday October 6th.
