Highview chocolate fundraiser

Dear parents and students,

I hope this note finds you all safe and healthy. This past school year has been a challenge for everyone. With fundraising activities being curtailed, we have found ourselves in great need of classroom technology, sports equipment, and much more.

Good news is on the horizon. We have been given permission to promote a fundraiser this spring.

By popular request, families can select from three options.

Option #1 Large: Laura Secord Laura Secord nut-free variety pack. includes pure milk chocolate bars, French mint bars, crisp bars, caramel, sea salt bites, and creamy maple bites.  Each item sells for $3. Profit is $1.30/bar = $39.15 per 30 item case. The cost per case is $90.00. 

Option #2 Large:  World’s Finest Chocolate Covered Almonds (WFC almonds are a peanut-free product). Each item sells for $3.00.  Profit is $1.41cents per item sold = $42.54 per 30 item case. The cost per case is $90.00.

Option #3 Small: $2 items:  World’s Finest Chocolate Covered Almonds (WFC almonds are a peanut-free product)Each item sells for $2.00. Profit is 87 cents per item sold = $26.10 per 30 item case. The cost per case is $60.00.

 The cost per case is $90.00 for the Large $3 cases, and $60 per case for the small $2 case.  Please place your orders through school cash online by March 30^th so we can order according to your preferences. The chocolates ordered will be sent home April 14^th. You can then sell the chocolates to recoup your funds or enjoy them at home with friends and family.

We will have Draw prizes available for the families that help support the campaign. Our first draw will take place on April 4th. Further incentive information to follow.
