Highview Updates November 4

Hello Highview Families,

We are now entering the third Month of the School year. Just a reminder now that the colder weather is approaching to dress appropriately for the conditions. Wearing a hat and mittens is a good choice, especially in the mornings.

Just a reminder that progress reports will be sent home (paper copy) on Friday, November 19th.

Some construction is taking place inside the school as we get ready for the installation of our new heating and cooling units. Construction will be taking place outside in the play area starting the second last week of November. Facilities are finalizing the plan and we will post it once it becomes available.

Our Volleyball Teams have been in action over the past few weeks. Our Junior Girls Team defeated Huntington Park, and Our Senior Girls Team defeated Lisgar, and lost to Tapleytown. Our Senior Boys Team won a close match versus Janet Lee. Congratulations.

At this time we would like to wish all the best to our Office Administrator, Ms. Bowman. She has accepted a position at Billy Green School. We wish her all the best in her new role, and we want to thank her for all she has done here at the school to support our staff, students and families. We will all miss you!
