Highview Halloween Parade Wednesday October 31st

Parents & Guardians,

Please note that on Wednesday, October 31st, many of  the primary/junior  classes (Gr. 1-Gr. 5/6) at Highview and our Kindergarten classes will be taking part in Halloween Parades.

Our Kindergarten students will begin their parade within the kindergarten classrooms shortly after morning entry. These K classes will then parade around the pavement area of the playground beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. where parents can gather and watch.

The Grade 1-5/6 classes will begin their parade within the school starting in the primary hallway at approximately 8:30 a.m. Classes will then travel within the school visiting various classrooms where each additional class will join the parade, and will then travel outside onto the paved area of the playground where parents and guardians are welcome to watch from. These students should be parading outside for parents at approximately 8:45 a.m.

Please note that parents who are planning on watching should proceed directly to the back playground and do not need to check in at the main office. In the event of inclement weather, parents & guardians will then be welcomed into the gymnasium where the parade will travel.
