Please complete the Equity of Access form no later than Wednesday, November 11th, 2020.  This form can be found in the Parent Portal.

If you are having a difficult time navigating Parent Portal, please click on the link below and access the PDF directly from the website.  Once completed, please print and send to school with your child.  When you click on the link, please scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see the section for Equity of Access.  If you need a paper copy of this document, please contact the school.
