Upcoming Boundary Review

Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers,

As part of the 2019 Long Term Facilities Master Plan schedule, a Secondary boundary review including Nora Frances Henderson, Sherwood and Sir Allan MacNab was approved by the Board of Trustees on April 15, 2019. This approval requires that staff initiate a Boundary Review to realign the elementary and secondary Central Mountain boundaries.

The schools involved in the boundary review include Pauline Johnson, Ridgemount, G.L. Armstrong, Franklin Road, and the three secondary schools. In keeping with past practice, and to minimize disruption during a transition year, Grade 8 students will be offered a choice to continue with their current secondary school destination, if the review results in a change to the current boundary.
