June 28 – Drop-Off School Materials/Pick-Up Belongings

Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29 students will be provided with asynchronous work. Staff will continue to be available through email and will be busy at the school completing year-end tasks as well.

Monday, June 28 Billy Green families will have the chance to:
.
1 – drop-off any Billy Green items from your home (including borrowed iPads, textbooks, library books, classroom resources, etc.). All borrowed iPads must be returned to the school before the summer.

2 – pick-up any belongings that your child left in their classroom (staff will have the items bagged, labelled and ready at your designated time)

Mon. June 28, 10:30am-12:30pm – families of students with last names starting with A-L
Mon. June 28, 12:30pm-2:30pm – families of students with last names starting with M-Z
.
All borrowed iPads need to be returned. Please label the iPad with your child’s name.
If you have children in both groups, please just come to the school during one of the groups. Please ensure that you have passed the Covid Screening (available at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/) and wear a mask while on school property.

Areas for Drop-offs and Pick-Ups will be marked outside the school. There will be no inside access for families. Families are asked to remain outside distanced from others (as indicated by markings on the ground) and leave promptly once items have been dropped off and belongings picked-up.
