Leaving School Property for Lunch

For students who will regularly be leaving property at Nutrition Break 2

Students from Grade 4-8 who have permission to walk home for lunch and Grade 6-8 who have permission to go out for lunch during Nutrition Break 2 (1:00-1:40), must have their parents/guardians complete the appropriate forms (one form for September to December and one form for January to June).

Paper copies of the permission forms are available at the office:

NB2 Gr4-8 Home for Lunch (yellow)

NB2 Gr6-8 Out for Lunch (green)

Students below these grades are to be picked up by a parent/guardian for safety reasons.

For students who will not be regularly leaving property at Nutrition Break 2, but leaving once in a while

Students who are not going out on a daily basis, but leaving for lunch once in a while, must have a note from parents/guardians in their agenda on the days they have permission to go out for lunch.
