Staffing News – Congratulations to Mrs. Jacobs who retired on Friday after a long career in HWDSB and at Winona.  We wish her the best of luck in this new chapter of her life.

Getting Ready for High School – HWDSB invites all Grade 7 and 8 students and families to a virtual system-wide presentation about the progression to secondary school, as well as inviting families to visit their future secondary schools and learn more about HWDSB programs.  Families can find more information using the follow link  Grade 7 & 8 Information Nights. Students and families can also attend information nights for specialty programs, which also begin in November 2025.

Our campaign will run from October 27th to November 17th. All orders and payments are due by November 17th and must be submitted through School Cash Online. Product information and an order form will be sent home this week to each family. Let’s work together to make this the biggest fundraiser yet. All profit will go toward enhancing our students experience at Winona.
