People That Build Me Up – Activity

Hello Westwood,

By the end of this week, your child(ren) will be bringing home a yellow and pink sheet.  The pink sheet is a letter explaining the, “People That Build Me Up” yellow activity sheet.

At Westwood, we are committed to getting to know our students better.  By providing this information, we can make more informed decisions about activities and clubs that we run, instructional practices, class building, and any other activities that involve our students.  This information is invaluable to us.

We are asking that these forms are completed and returned by Friday, May 19th.  All students from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 5 are asked to complete this at home with a family member.  We are wanting your child’s voice in this activity, so please allow them to express their authentic selves to you when completing the activity with your child.

Please find a digital copy of the letter as well as the activity for your reference.

Please only complete the FRONT part of the yellow sheet.  The back is for school personnel only.
