Fire Lane Parking
Dear Templemead Families,
This is a reminder that the fire lane in front of the school is strictly for buses during the school day. We understand the challenges with parking in our lots as they are often full, but at no time should any cars be parked in the fire lane. Our decision to restrict parking in this area of the parking lot adheres to the fire code and keeps students safe. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
Additionally, the North parking lot, adjacent to the day care and kindergarten area, is now closed to parents/caregivers picking up and dropping off students. This new directive come from the Ministry and is a protective measure they are putting in place in response to the tragic events that occurred at a day care in Richmond Hill, ON. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but our priority is always student safety.
