School Council Fundraising Letter

In past years, Tapleytown School (Parent) Council has run many fundraisers to support our school. Unfortunately, this past year and a half have made it challenging to fundraise. With many restrictions, we have been unable to do our traditional fundraisers. Adhering to the current restrictions laid out by the board, School Council has decided to reach out to our Tapleytown families to request a donation. Your donations would be used towards resources for learning and classroom wish lists. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.

There are 3 ways to donate:

1. By credit card online via our website https://www.hwdsb.on.ca/foundation/donate/ and noting that the donation is for Tapleytown in the “additional comments” section.
2. By cheque, made out to “Hamilton Foundation for Student Success” with a note that the donation is for Tapleytown and mailed to Amy Leaming Cote at the HWDSB Education Centre (20 Education Crt, Hamilton, ON L8N 3L1).
3. By credit card over the phone by calling 905-527-5092 ext 2436

** Charitable tax receipts are issued for all donations of $20.00 or greater.

School Council has also started a fundraising page at Indigo Bookstore for Tapleytown Families. Every time you shop online through our schools fundraising page. Our school earns money back!
