Sir William Osler Angel Tree 2022

Dear S.W.O. Community,

This year, Class 7A is running the Angel Tree! For those of you who are unfamiliar with this long running S.W.O. tradition, the Angel Tree is a toy drive for The Salvation Army of Dundas and local families in need. It provides our students the opportunity to reflect on how fortunate they are and to develop an understanding of the importance of charity in society. The Salvation Army has provided us with a list of needs that are reflected in the ideas suggested on the back of the angels. The tree will be set up in the main office from Monday November 28^th until Wednesday December 14^th. Students will be given the opportunity to select an angel from the tree over the course of the toy drive. Students can bring in new, unwrapped gifts (with the angel attached) and place them under the tree in the office until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday December 14^th. Students are permitted to take more than one angel with the permission of their guardian.
