Important Dates-Student Vaccination Records

Dear Rockton Families,

Attached to this message is a flyer with very important dates that are coming up regarding Student Vaccination Records.  You should have received a letter/email on November 14th, 2025, advising you of the upcoming schedule of important dates, and what  your obligations are for each one.

The information that is required is to be communicated to Hamilton Public Health, not the school office.
