Parent Teacher Conference Meetings
Hello Parents and Guardians,
Progress Report Cards will come home on Monday Nov 13th.
This year HWDSB schools will once again be offering in person Parent/Teacher Conferences. The evening of Thursday Nov 16th and the PD day Friday Nov 17th have been set aside as opportunities for communication of student learning with families. Rockton school will be utilizing an online booking format to make things a little easier for families and the school staff to arrange these conferences. We have shared a link bellow to connect with the online booking system. A few guidelines are outlined below to assist us and you in making this booking.

Interviews can be made for Thurs Nov. 16 between 4pm – 7pm and Friday Nov. 17th between 9am and 12pm ( Classroom teacher may offer times outside of these times)

Please select only your child’s Homeroom teacher when booking an interview, rotary teachers can be available to answer any question via email or phone call at an alternate time, please reach out to them directly should you have any questions

For families not available during the posted dates and times please email your homeroom teacher indicate that you would prefer to arrange for a phone conversation

If no times are available with your child’s homeroom teacher please connect with them via email or note in the agenda to coordinate an alternate time( this may mean that all available times have already been booked)
