May 6-12, 2024 is HWDSB Education and Mental Health Week

Each year the HWDSB celebrates and acknowledges Education and Mental Health Week.

Education Week is a time for students, teachers and parents to celebrate teaching excellence and student achievements.

Mental Health Week, established in 1951 by the Canadian Mental Health Association, encourages staff and students to learn and talk with others about mental health issues.  This year our theme is “A Call to be Kind”, the healing power of kindness and compassion.
