SUBWAY THURSDAYS ARE BACK-STARTING NOVEMBER 2ND
Dear Families,
The first session of Subway Thursday will be taking place from November 2-February 29, 2024.
6″inch Sub sandwiches will be sold by pre-order for a cost of $5.50 per sandwich. They will be distributed each Thursday at 1st break 10:55 am.
You will have a choice of Turkey, Ham, Cold Cut or Veggie. A chocolate chip cookie comes with all sub orders. The only available toppings are listed on the order form. Additional items cannot be added.
Payments must be submitted through School Cash Online. Please complete each form individually that you have paid for. Once completed, the Subway Forms must be handed in to your child’s teacher. Forms must be COMPLETED and handed into the Teachers by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27TH, 2023.
Please note that you will NOT receive a confirmation of the Sub days you have paid for. Please keep track of which days and payments submitted. No new orders will be accepted after school cash online has closed. When printing at home, please remember to only print single sided, as each form will be included with the sub sandwich order. Completed forms should include the students name, Teacher/Class, type of Sub, Bread choice, toppings and sauce choice.
If you are unable to print the Subway form, please have your child pick up a hard copy from their teacher.
