Good Day, this is a message from St. John Ambulance.

They are excited to introduce a new opportunity for your students to develop crucial life skills and gain confidence through our Home Alone and Babysitting Basics courses.  As responsible educators, we understand the importance of equipping students with skills that extend beyond the classroom, and our courses aim to do just that.

Course Highlights:

 Home Alone:

Our Home Alone course is designed to empower young students (aged 10-11) with the skills they need to be safe, responsible, and confident when left home alone. They will learn about emergency protocols, first aid basics, household safety procedures, healthy eating, as well as phone calls and visitors.

Babysitting Basics:

The Babysitting Basics course is an excellent opportunity for students (aged 11-15) interested in learning how to care for children responsibly. This course covers topics such as safety precautions, healthy eating and diapering, dealing with common childhood issues, and basic first aid for kids.

With your esteemed permission, we propose extending the benefits of these courses to parents. Sharing course details, benefits, and the positive impact on their child’s development can significantly enrich their understanding. We are eager to discuss a respectful approach to engage parents while respecting their valuable time. In the meantime, we have attached a copy of the digital flyer for the courses for your review.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to equip your students with essential life skills. We are excited to hear back from you to further discuss the opportunity of working together.
