Junior Swim Team for Grades 3-5
Dear Families,
Junior Swim Team for Grades 3-5 will be having their 1st try-out/practice on Friday, September 29th at the Dundas Community Pool (8:00am-9:00am).
Parents/Guardians are responsible for coordinating rides to the pool and back to school.
Interested students were given a letter/permission form yesterday. If your child was away or missed the announcement, please have them connect with Mme Prentice or Mr. Schulze for a permission form and swim details/schedule.
Due to recent re-scheduling with the Dundas Pool, we were only notified of our secured swim time slot on Friday, Sept. 22nd, hence our Monday meeting yesterday to hand out letter/forms for a quick turnaround time. Our sincere apologies.
New school board policy requires that consent forms as well as emergency forms be completed and signed by a parent/guardian BEFORE the student participates in tryouts on Friday, September 29th.
Please return forms to Mme Prentice or Mr. Schulze as soon as possible before Friday.
