Parent Volunteers

Good afternoon all,

We are back at school and gearing up for all our activities.  I just wanted to send out a quick reminder to those parents if you are interested in volunteering for any school trips or activities, to please complete the following forms and submit them to the office.

As you know a Vulnerable Service Sector Check from the Hamilton Police Department is required as well.  This particular document can take up to 2 months to receive if they are busy.  So just a heads up to plan ahead if you are thinking of volunteering for an upcoming event.

If you have volunteered in the past, please feel free to reach out to the office, and we can check your status if you are current, or need to update anything.
