Attached is the Turkey Skate Schedule for those parents volunteering for tomorrow.

We cannot thank you enough!! Many hands make light work, and we are so appreciative!!

If you have been scheduled too long, please let Danielle know so she can re-adjust the schedule.

We did our best with all the forms that came in, but may have missed some notes.

You will need to sign in at the arena tomorrow.  A friendly reminder that only those that are volunteering are able to enter the arena as this is a private school field trip event.

For those that have been assigned to a classroom, please ensure you arrive as scheduled as you will be assisting with transitioning the assigned classroom to the arena, and assisting with supervision of that class.

Feel free to wear any Christmas gear you may have!

In the event that HWDSB calls a snow day tomorrow, our back up plan is to cook all food Friday morning and deliver to each classroom either for first or second nutrition break.  FINGERS CROSSED we do not have to put plan B into place.

We are SO excited for this event, and look forward to seeing all of your children’s smiling faces tomorrow!!
