Terry Fox – We’re excited to share that our annual Terry Fox Run is happening on Thursday, September 25, 2025! Students will be running on and around the school property as we come together to support cancer research. To help make this event a success, please ensure that your first day package forms are completed and returned to school. We’re also inviting students to bring in a toonie to support the Cancer Society—every bit helps!

Cross Country – Richard Beasley is thrilled to be participating in Cross Country this year! Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 are welcome to try out for our team. The event will take place at Christie Lake Conservation Area on Monday, October 6. Please note that transportation will not be provided by the school, so families will need to arrange rides to and from the event. Keep an eye out for field trip forms with more details coming soon!

Pizza and Popcorn – Who doesn’t love a treat? Our weekly pizza and popcorn days will kick off in October. Stay tuned for more info—we’ll be sharing details in the coming weeks!

Meet the Staff – We’d love to see you at our Meet the Staff event on October 9 from 3:45–4:45 PM on the school yard. It’s a great chance to connect with our amazing team. Please save the date—more details will be coming your way soon!
