Mount Hope Elementary Poinsettia Fundraiser

Mount Hope Families,

To kick this year off we will be having our Terra Greenhouse Poinsettia Fundraiser. The school fundraiser will support Mount Hope’s school improvement plan of transforming learning through the lens of providing students with access to technology in their classroom learning environment.

Attached you will find the information that you need to share this fundraiser with friends and family. Packages went home with all students today, Fri Nov 5th.

Perhaps poinsettias and outdoor arrangements aren’t of interest to you. No problem! We have arranged to have a donation section available if you, friends or family would like to make a donation directly to the school fundraiser in lieu of purchasing a plant. Several denominations are available so you can donate the amount you wish. Donations that exceed $20 or greater will be honoured a tax receipt.

Important dates/times to note:

• Fundraiser Launches today, Friday November 5^th
• All orders must be entered into School Cash Online by Monday November 22^nd
• Pick up will be at the school gymnasium on December 7th between the hours of 11:30am – 2:30pm as well as 4:15pm – 5:30pm. Please line up outside the gym door and we will come to you. Unfortunately we cannot keep the poinsettias over the weekend. They must be picked up on Dec 7th. If you cannot make this date & time, please make arrangements for someone to come and pick up on your behalf.
