School Photo Order Pickup
Due to the recent announcement from the Ministry that schools will be closed to in-person learning until the end of June, we are now scheduling our first school photo pickup day at Helen Detwiler. If you ordered photos, you will be able to pick up your order from Helen Detwiler on Friday, June 4th. Please see the pickup schedule below.
Family Surname A-M pickup time is 10:00am – 11:00am
Family Surname N-Z pickup time is 11:00am – 12:00pm.
Please note that while on school property, we need to adhere to public health measures. A mask must be worn while on school property and we must maintain physical distancing. There will be markers set up at the entrance of the school indicating 2m apart. Also, please complete the daily COVID-19 screener. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in recent contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for photo pickup. If you are unable to pickup photographs tomorrow, another date will be scheduled later in June.
