Announcements for Monday June 12th, 2023

Congratulations to class 5A the winners of our Golden Feather for this week.  Class 5A has gotten better at Newcombe Ball, both in skills and sportsmanship (we play against other students, both older and younger, and focus on the fun). Class 5A has been working on teamwork, in sports and in class, working on trusting each other more.  They have been working on being better leaders with our reading buddies, and growing a helpful community between our classes.

We will be holding a Chess Tournament this Thursday June 15th from periods 1-3 with the final being held during 1st nutrition break. If you have attended at least 1 practice session, you are welcome to come to the Art room during 1st nutrition break to sign up for the tournament. We will also be having a practice session today in the Art room during that time. Remember to bring your lunches.
