Dear families,

After two and half wonderful years of dedicated service, Ms. Carter will be embarking on an exciting new journey at Prince of Wales Elementary School starting September 2025. On behalf of the entire Frank Panabaker community, we want to express how deeply we will miss her vibrant energy, nurturing spirit, and unwavering compassion for our staff, students, and families. Her remarkable contributions have left a lasting legacy of dedication, positivity, and a safe, welcoming space for all.

While we are saddened to see her go, we are also truly excited for the new opportunities that await her as she continues to make a meaningful impact in education.

At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Mrs. Baggio as our new Vice-Principal. We are confident that she will be a wonderful addition to the Panabaker family, bringing her own passion and enthusiasm to our school community. We look forward to the positive influence she will have in the coming year and beyond.
