Volunteer Orientation

Dear Parents/Guardians:  

Volunteers play an important role in contributing to student’s educational experiences and opportunities. As always, student safety is our priority.  

If you are interested in volunteering at Frank Panabaker and have not already attended a training session, please complete the following form by 4PM on Friday May 19th, using the following link.  If you require a paper copy, please contact the school office.  

A separate link will be sent to everyone that completes the form inviting you to attend one of the following mandatory training sessions using MS TEAMS.

May 24, 5:30pm

Please note, that as part of the process all volunteers are also required to obtain a current Vulnerable Person Screening, dated within the last 6 months. 

Additionally, two forms are required to be completed and are attached here.  Completed forms can be dropped off at either site or emailed back to the school at your earliest convenience.
