This email is to inform families that Hamilton Public Health will be coming to the school on Friday, June 9, 2023 to complete vaccinations for Grade 7 and 8 students who submitted a vaccine consent form in the fall. If your child did not submit a vaccine consent form in the fall and would like to receive the vaccines that are usually offered in Grade 7 (Meningitis, Human Papillomavirus and Hepatitis B), you may print a vaccine consent form found here: https://www.hamilton.ca/people-programs/public-health/vaccines-immunizations/school-vaccine-clinics or your child may pick up a vaccine consent form at the office and bring it to school on the day of the clinic.
