Season’s Greetings Dundas Central School Community;

On behalf of DC staff, we wish each of you a joy filled holiday, and look forward to seeing you again on January 4th 2021.

A list of events and information for the coming week:

Our Annual Food Drive will be offered through School Cash On-Line this year.  Donations of $1, $2, $5, & $20 will be collected in Support of the “Food for Kids” program, servicing students in the HWDSB with a nutritious food bag delivered to the school each Thursday.  The donation period runs until December 31st, 2020.

Classroom Events:

• a reminder that no whole class food items are permitted to be brought in, or shared at classroom celebrations
• we thank you for your consideration of teacher gifts, and ask that students are able to carry the gift to school in their backpack, as parent access to schools continues to be very limited

Daily Events:

-Monday December 14th: Backwards or Inside Out Day – pick and outfit to wear this way

-Tuesday, December 15th: Crazy Hair Day – style your hair in a particular way today

-Wednesday, December 16th: Silly Sock Day – wear your silliest pair of socks

-Thursday, December 17th: Holiday Spirit Day – come dressed in red, green, silver or gold colors

-Friday, December 18th: PJ Day – come dressed in your appropriate PJ’s
