Great Exciting Things this Last Week of School

Grade 5 Farewell

We held of first outdoor farewell for our grade 5s!  Thank you to Mr Fox, Ms Ghaffari, Mme Kay and Mme Hazell for their organization of a beautiful morning!  Also many thanks to our Home & School Association for providing some sweet treats for our Grade 5s!

Cootes Students Showed Their Stuff at the City Track & Field Event!

We are extremely proud of our Cootes Students for their amazing participation in building our Cootes Track Team!  All students were recognized at our outdoor assembly this past Monday.  Honorable mention goes out to our team of students who represented Cootes at the City event:

Baking our way through Math!

Our grade4s students from Ms Harrison’s class learned fractions through baking yesterday!  They spent the morning measuring and mixing their way through measurement, numbers and more!

Cootes Educational Assistant Team Show their AWESOMENESS!

We are excited to share that our amazing team of Educational Assistant were selected as the recipients of the Educational Team of the Year.  This team of educators support our amazing team of students and their families and we are thankful for them each day!
